Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to start a return.

After you receive your wig and you are unsatisfied, you have 3 days to ship it back to us. 3 days starts from 24 hours after the delivery date showing on the courier company website’s tracking page. After those 3 days have passed, we, unfortunately will not accept returns.

To be eligible for an exchange/return or refund, you must notify us minimum of 24 hours of receipt of your wig. Your wig must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it. It may not have been washed, cut, styled, colored, or worn. It must be in its original packaging, including everything that came in the box / shipping bag.


RETURN PROCESS

  1. The first step is to email us your order number with a minimum of 5 pictures and / or videos stating reasons for the return.
  2. After we receive the photos and email, we will assess the situation and get back to you with the necessary return information.
  3. We will either issue you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. if in the case where you do not wish to use our return label. we will send you our return shipping address. Please provide us with a DHL or FedEx return tracking number to keep track of the package after you've shipped the wig, we do not accept returns from Post offices or USPS.
  4. When your returned unit arrives, you will be notified by email of its receipt.

  5. Your returned unit will be inspected for the stated defects in point number 1 and we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.

  6. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.

  • In the case of a Refund, A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within days.
  • In the case of Exchange of a defective item; the updated item will be shipped to you at no extra cost.

Please Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and it must be in its original packaging, 


Return Shipping Cost

  • If we see an evident defect with your wig by us or customs officers (not damaged by you), we will arrange and pay for the return shipping costs to our warehouse. For example, if you order a knotless braid wig, and we unintentionally ship a cornrow wig, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping cost of exchange of a non-defective item will be paid by the buyer.
  • Return shipping cost of a non-defective item shipped FREE to the buyer will be covered by the buyer.
  • Return shipping cost of a wrong order style, size or color of an item will be covered by the buyer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Buyers are responsible for the cost of the return label or return-shipping cost to our Abuja, Nigeria warehouse.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION: All order cancellations require a 24 hours' notice starting from the time your order was received from our website. Cancellation that has exceeded 24 hours without notice is subject to a 40% restocking fee as long as the order is not yet shipped. If your order has been shipped, we are afraid we cannot cancel your order.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Please note: The occasional tiny pin holes on a lace material are not a factory defect. For us to be able to braid on the human hair lace wig, we use little pins to pin the lace down on a mannequin, and sometimes pin holes are inevitable, so kindly bear with us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Crochet Braids, Ready-to-ship Wigs and Hat wigs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM

In the said case that the item did not arrive with any defects, but you want an exchange, you may request a return label to return your package and have a new item shipped to you. The cost of both the return and new shipment will be paid for by you. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue the exchange (if applicable)

Please Note: To be eligible for Exchanges, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if any) and still in its original package.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
