Refund & Return Policy

At BB Anne Beauty, every crochet braid and braided wig is individually handmade to order based on the specifications selected by each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, we maintain the following policy.

Custom-Made Orders

All handmade crochet braids, braided wigs, and customized products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
• Your item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Returns

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind.
• Personal preference.
• Hair feels too stiff or too soft.
• Wig feels too heavy or too light.
• Color appears different due to screen settings.
• Customer ordered the wrong size, length, color, or style.
• Customer no longer wants the item after production has begun.

Return Eligibility

If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide your order number.
• Include clear photos and a description of the issue.
• Do not wear, alter, wash, cut, dye, or modify the product.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Inspection Process

All claims are carefully reviewed upon receipt. If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or we made an error with your order, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the item,
• Replace the item, or
• Issue a full or partial refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of our error or a verified defect, we will provide a return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

If a return is requested for any other reason, it will not be approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, materials and labor have already been committed, and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
