Overall the hair was really good. True to length and the color was beautiful. I just didn’t want them so small but I didn’t know they came small so that was my mistake. The process was pretty fast and shipping was super fast. The lady I spoke with was very understanding of my style that I wanted and she fixed it by doing them a little bigger for me and didn’t charge me that much to replace the ones I didn’t want! Super happy with this shop and their products. Will be buying again
